The talented actors in this movie have the talent to deliver a funnier, more sophisticated product--this one just misses the mark.

Funny and light, truly canadian. We had a "men with brooms" party and saw it with friends.

The perfect mixture of comedy, romance and drama. Men with Brooms sweeps away the competetion with a heart warming story about friendship, family, and hardship. A must see, not because it is a Canadian film, but because it is a great film.

Men with Brooms - a very refreshing movie from all those Hollywood type blockbusters. Very mushy at times, but had a great balance of comedy and philosophy of life - to do right. For an evening of fun filled laughter and no brainer - go see.

This movie was pretty good. The script could have been better, but the acting was great, you had a sense that everyone working on the film was having fun. It's an enjoyable, if unsophisticated film. I thought the beavers were hilarious! And Paul Gross is adorable.

This has got to be one of the worst movies I have ever seen. It is an insult to Canadian film and Canadian intelligence. Every joke was forced and the movie made Canadians out to be sex crazed, beer drinking morons. Canada has some of the best comedians in the world and yet we come out with a movie like this. I couldn't make through the whole movie nad left half way through only to return to catch the way to predictable and cheesy ending. ~Dale.

A truly wonderful piece of Canadiana! Though it has some flaws, mostly in technical and repetitive nature, this film is immediately a favourite of mine! The beaver is a pround and noble animal! Curling rocks!

A total Canadian experience! Every detail of this movie screams Canada in a way that makes you proud to be from the land of the BEAVER! There are a few "CBC late night movie" scenes, which appeal to some, maybe they needed to compete with Hollywood? But overall it's a Canadian movie classic to remember!

This is a great film! Saw it on Friday. Loved it. It is a feel good flick full of Canadianna! Paul Gross is simply delicious, and the rest of the cast (all Canadian) was superb. Don't miss the chance to have some fun and a lot of laughs with some home-grown stars.

Very funny and full of Canadian music. Soundtracks a must buy. And what Canadian movie would not be not complete without Moosehead beer, Tim Hortains, beavers and The Tragically Hip?

This is a great Canadian Film. The audience I was with last night loved it and I think it is a film you want to see with a couple hundred other Canadians to really enjoy it. There are some truly classic lines in it. Go and enjoy.

I'd never thought id say it but... there IS a movie worse than Josie and the Pussycats. At least that movie had its moments. This movie was by far the worst I've ever seen. There were pointless shots of beavers, yeah I know that whole patriotic, national symbol thing was what they were goin for. The ending too predictable and the jokes if there were more than 5 they ernt right over everyones head in the theatre except for the old curlers in the front row. Waste of time, my friend and I are too stubborn to walk out and we're glad we got a child admission.

This is a truly wonderful movie! Full of Canadian humour, wit, parody and good old-fashioned fun! Even the product placements would make any good Canadian misty: Tim Horton's, Moosehead, Swiss Chalet. This movie will make you want to call your Dad, get a coffee, have a beer, hug your wife, sing O'Canada, get a broom and get out there and curl! Excellent characters, a few subtle shots at Americans, and all the good things one would expect from a sports movie, with several love stories convincingly woven to make this a very complete picture! Even the out-takes at the end felt like home! Go see this movie, and have laugh and feel good.

This is a very funny CANADIAN movie. Didn't think that could exist. I enjoyed it and recomended it to all. If you like curling or think it's a not appealing enough to you, go and see today, now, go, come on leave. !!

I saw the premiere of this film at the Paramount Theatre yesterday. I really love this movie as it has all kind of scene (funny, sad, romance, realistic) I also think that Paul Gross is fabulous in this role not to mention very cute in person but I think he did a good job by directing and be the main actor in this film. I also have to mention the talented Leslie Nielsen in the role of his father.

I saw this film and was amazed as I have always been a big Paul Gross fan... from Due South to here, he has gone through a remarkable change... Men with Brooms is equipped with humour, wit, love, and all the other ingredients involved in creating a masterpiece.

I saw this at a preview. The audience was full of "friends" of the film malers. I must say I expected a lot more considering the sport involved and the possibilities for satire. I believe it strived to be a Bill Forsyth film (Local Hero) and missed the mark. It just was goofy or off-centre enough. Although I kind of liked the beavers (a variation of BF's penquins)
