Le film est bien tourné, les images bien faites, et qui retranscrivent bien l'horreur de la Premiere Guerre Mondiale. C'est un film à voir absolument mais à éviter pour les enfants. Le fait que Mathilde fasse son enquête deux ans après l'armistice permet de faire le parallèle entre la guerre et l'après-guerre. Certes, l'intrigue est plutôt compliqué mais très intéressante. Film à voir!

Vraiment intéressant pour le contexte historique de la 1ere Guerre Mondiale et pour l'incroyable beauté des scènes et images. Audrey Tautou reste fidèle à son talent d'actrice dans ce film français typique. On a aussi droit à un scénario terriblement complexe, mais tout aussi structuré. Il faut vraiment rester attentif pour parvenir à saisir tous les éléments importants. Et à la fin, tout se met en place pour le plus grand plaisir du spectateur perplexe... Attendez-vous à une véritable enquête policière, juste au cas...

Un excellent film de Jean-Pierre Jeunet, on reconnaît son style. Les images sont propres et très soignées. L'histoire est complexe et captivante à l'image de la vie elle même. C'est à voir et revoir, comme tous les films du même auteur... Delicatessen, La cité des enfants perdus, Alien la résurection et Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulin.

Je viens tout juste de le regarder et j'en suis encore toute remuée. L'histoire est longue à démarrer, mais la lenteur est de mise avec l'attente de Mathilde. Les images sont magnifiques, les pointes d'ironie bien placées et subtilement savoureuses. La fin est originale! Franchement, c'est de toute beauté. Audrey Tautou est formidable, ainsi que toute la tranche d'acteurs qui l'entoure. Un véritable chef d'oeuvre romanesque...

Le seul problème de ce film - et il est de taille - est qu'il est mal écrit. On arrive pas à se laisser glisser dans cette histoire : trop de personnages, trop de faits racontés trop vites, trop de détails, on en devient mélangé, on ne sait plus où on en est. Impossible d'embarquer, de se laisser toucher par cette histoire. Le problème n'est pas l'idée, n'est pas ce qui est raconté, mais plutôt la façon dont cela est raconté.

Un film absolument superbe, comme seul Jean-Pierre Jeunet peut en faire. Inspiré du roman de Sébastien Japrisot (on y reconnaît dailleurs certains de ses thèmes favoris), cest un film à la cinématographie superbe. Paysages sublimes, lumière colorée typique de Jeunet, plans à couper le souffle, un narrateur omniprésent qui vient ajouter une nouvelle dimension à lhistoire, et un petit peu humour noir. On se laisse aisément emberlificoter dans cette enquête incroyable et tordue dont il est presque impossible de deviner le dénouement. Le genre de film dans lequel on se laisse embarquer et transporter avec joie!

Ya de ca 2 mois que j' ai vu ce film et pour dire franchement c' est un chef d' oeuvre après le fabuleux destin d' Amelie Poulain Jeunet nous a encore éblouie par son talent de réalisateur Bravo et Bravo surtout la performance de Audrey Tautou... BRAVO!

Ce film est magnifique malgré un gros je-ne-sais-quoi d'Amélie Poulin. L'histoire est prenante dès le début, les acteurs sont bons, la photo est excellente (le ton bleu des images de guerre pour souligner la froideur et la barbarie de la guerre, et le ton jaune/orange pour l'enquête de Mathilde pour montrer son espoir) Je ne peux m'empécher de penser à mon grand-père qui a fait la grande guerre à l'age de 17 ans, il s'en est fallu de peu pour que mes 15 oncles et tantes, leurs 50 enfants, leurs 30 arrières petits enfants et moi-même ne voyions jamais le jour à cause d'un obus ou d'une balle ou de la maladie. Ca fait réfléchir. Malgré un conflit ayant fait 10 millions de morts, essentiellement des militaires, dont 1, 7 million dAllemands et 1, 3 million de Français et 6 millions de blessés, l'horreur recommencera 20 ans après avec la 2eme guerre mondiale, d'autres suivent et pour terminer la guerre en Irak.

Un film qui se déroule sous forme d'enquête et qui a le mérite de nous laisser entrevoir l'ignoble boucherie que fût la "der des der": la guerre de tranchées 14-18. J'admets que le fil est parfois dur à suivre (faudrait revoir le film plusieurs fois! ); malgré que je sois français, pas facile de se retrouver parmi les rebondissements, les dialogues, les visages et les noms qui se ressemblent... ça va vite! Mais je recommande fortement ce petit bijou, on se laisse aisément émouvoir.

Du très bon cinéma. Pourquoi? Primo:dès les premières images on embarque dans l'histoire. C'est très bien raconté du début à la fin. Secondo: les images sont exceptionnelles de richesse et de couleurs. Tertio: les acteurs sont tous très bons et on a droit à une apparition surprise de Jodie Foster dans un français impéccable. Quarto: le scénario est des plus intéressants et est monté comme un gigantesque puzzle. Superbe.

J'ai lu le roman avant et je trouve que le film suit bien l'histoire, même si certains détails sont différents. Ce films est très instructif sur la vie dans les tranchées et la dureté de cette guerre. Je ne m'attendais pas à ce que Aude Toutou soit aussi bonne dans ce rôle.

Ce film est brillant, car il a réussi à doser avec grandeur l'émotion et l'histoire. Malgré ce qu'on en dit, les "longueurs" décrites par certains étaient d'après moi les éléments qui donnaient du style au film. Jeunet a magnifiquement réussi à dépeindre le contexte historique et vraiment il serait trop long de faire les éloges de ce film. Je ne mets pas 10, car tant la présence de Gaspard Ulliel était essentielle et trop peu imposée, tant l'omniprésence d'Audrey Tautou devenait agaçante. Jeunet doit vraiment l'avoir prise sous son aile car d'après moi, bien qu'elle fait de son mieux pour rentrer dans son rôle, elle n'y parvient que médiocrement en montrant sans aucune nuance ou précision les traits de caractère de son personnage. Mais à part le choix peu convaincant de l'artiste, Jeunet nous offre ici un chef-d'oeuvre.

Tout simplement excellent!!! J'avais beaucoups d'attente face à ce film et il m'a agréablement surpris. Après tous les navets que j'ai pu voir depuis la dernière année, ce film réussi a redonner tout son lustre au mot cinema.

Sincèrement c'est un bon film, un peu de longueur, mais pour la direction photo c'est intéressant de le voir sur grand écran. Un bon divertissement, mais loin d'être un film qu'on écoute encore et encore.

Très beau conte comme seul les français savent le faire. Les comédiens sont très juste, le style et la facture visuel du film se laisse absorber comme du miel. Un pure délice du début à la fin. Bravo.

J'ai bien aimé le film, sympatique et dur a la fois. Bons jeux des acteurs, beaucoup de complicité. La fin est un peu a l'eau de rose mais bon, l'histoire est très bonne.

Je n'ai pas du tout aimé ce flim Audrey Tautou n'articule pas bien. Elle joue très mal son rôle elle est médiocre à comparer a ''Amélie Poulin''. Beaucoup de longueurs. Bref ceux qui n'aiment pas les films où il n'y a pas d'action y allez pas. À part s'il y a un gars qui veut faire plaisir à sa blonde...

Seul petits défauts, et raison pour laquelle je ne lui ai pas donné un 10, le film a quelques légères longueurs et en tant que francophone québécois, j'aurais probablement eu besoin de sous-titres à certaines occasions. Ormis cela, le film est tout à fait superbe. Les plans et les couleurs d'ambiances ajoute une profonde dose d'émotion à l'histoire. Tout cela rehaussé d'une fraîche perspective cinématographique et de fins détails bien attentionés en rapport avec la culture Bretonne et la réalité de la guerre 14-18. Une excellente façon de passer une belle soirée.

Le film porte bien son nom: un LONG dimanche de fiançaille. Il m'est arrivé de regarder ma montre et de m'ennuyer. Je trouve que le film ne s'exporte pas bien car très "français de France" (humour, visuel, etc. ) Les dialogues étaients et parfois difficile à comprendre. On reconnaît le style "Amelie Poulain" qu'on aime mais, bof! Que dire, ce film n'est pas venu me chercher. Ennuyeux.
