Enjoyed all the characters in the show. Crowe as the head of his gang, Bale as the father struggling to win self-respect and the respect of his son, whoever played Prince, the number two guy in the gang, and on down the list, the director and the actors really created interesting characters. Where the show fell apart was the plot, which was unfortunately thin, and the climax, which reached beyond my ability to suspend disbelief. Good movie, but fell short of being great.
