X-CELLENT. Comic fans become excited - but also nervous - when they hear that one of their favs is hitting the big screen. Such movies usually suck. The Punisher. The Phantom. Not the X-Men. They actually pulled it off. I was wondering how they would do Wolverine... couldn't have been better. Lots of humour, lots of action and lots of special F-X. Although the plot was not that deep or thrilling... probably to make it more appealing to a wider audience. But by doing that the filmmakers let down the people who allowed them to make such a big budget production out of it anyway - the comic fans.
