Since it's been eleven years, the producers and directors know what they're doing now! I can't wait for Toy Story 4 (I'm not kidding, there is going to be a fourth!)!

This is really a great story, very moving with a great cast, great animation and something for everyone. I found that this one is maybe even more aimed at adults as there are some in jokes that only adults will catch and the main story line probably relates to adults more than children, but it is really a film for the whole family. Pixar has outdone themselves again and as always, the animation is top notch, but the story and characters are really where it shines. I do not want to give away any of the plot, as I went into the movie knowing very little and I find that is always best. A must watch for anyone.

I don't think this movie was intended to be for young kids; I think it was intended for the kids and parents who grew up watching the Toy Story movies. I found myself incredibly emotionally attached to the story line and characters, more than I ever had been in the previous two movies. And the ending was absolutely perfect; they couldn't have ended off such an awesome series of movies better than the way they did. If you grew up watching the Toy Story movies, it's an absolute must-see, but young children who haven't seen the other movies might be confused or uninterested, possibly frightened at times too because it can be scary.

[ATTENTION: This review reveals content of the movie.]
Compared to most animated movies that have come out in recent years I just don't understand why people are rating this movie so highly. Don't get me wrong, it was very good on the most part but I was troubled by a few things. Mostly the whole issue of abandonement is way too serious for young kids. Not that part about going off to college and leaving the toys behind, that part was ok, and would have been fine. It's the part concerning Laslo and his decent into evil - that part was too explicit. Then there was the "death" scene where all the toys are about to die and simply resolve themselves that it's all over. This was way too graphic and emotional and filled with genuine despare. Other than that I liked it but I had a lot of explaining and counselling to do to my 5 and 8 year olds. Unfortunately not every parent will take the time to go over these subjects with their kids but it's a must considering the way these subjects are put into a kid's movie. If you want family fun without too much mature subjects go see Tangled...

Great, great movie. I have seen it twice and cried at the end both times. This is written for all those parents whose kids were young when the first one came out and now they have grown up. I guess it's also for all of us who have grown up. Little kids will of course enjoy it too but it is so much more than just a kids animation movie. Well done Pixar.

Simply wonderful. Everything you want in a movie and a sequel. Emotionally deep, heartwarming, hilarious, and exciting! Certainly as good as the past two Toy Storys. You just have to see it!

It's by far my favourite movie. Great for all ages. There were lots of hillarious scenes. My favourite character was Woody. It ended with a happy ending. Gosh the movie was so good and funny. It's a must see. If you didn't see it you're missing out because the movie is great.

The movie I saw, Toy Story 3, is a good familial movie. [...] I really liked this movie because it reminded me my early years about six years ago when I saw the first Toy Story. This one was still original compared with the previous ones. I gave eight stars to it; it’s a very good animation movie for everyone. When Disney and Pixar work together, the result is always good.

I have recently seen Toys story 3, and I loved it. It was a great movie and a good series of films that are at any age. It was relensed the 18 of june 2010. I think its funny to see how the animation progressed since the first movie and the sequel, well as the story too. Toya story fallow itself very "sperntely", menning that when the next movie is cetenced, it's usually two or three years apart. It makes you forget about it for some time, but it is not the type movie you have to fallow to understand the story. It's "continous" and "separate" at the same time I think the ending is a little bit cheesy enen though it was happy guess there will be no fallowing movie. It I had to change something about this movie it would be the ending, maybe make it a little more original but still happy at the same time. Most movie of this type (kids animated movie) have a tendency to fallow the same plot or same development, so I would make this one original. BUT I LOVED THIS MOVIE :)

Saw it in 2D and thought it was excellent. Nice story and well paced, never felt like it dragged on. Doesn't seem like a cash-in like so many sequels. Couldn't really ask much more of a cartoon. Enjoyed the opening cartoon as well.

This movie is for the kids! My wife and I can't understand why it got so many high reviews in all the age groups. It is a good animation movie but the movie and especially the story is for kids and we did not enjoy the story.

Just a fantatic movie. Really stayed true to the originals but was more up to date with the new animation. A good movie for kids and adults too. It was funny and sweet, I'd go see it again. Really great movie.

Good movie, but it is NOT for young children. It is actually quite dark and the toys are in danger quite a bit. My 3 year old (who loved animated movies such as How to Train Your Dragon) was quite scared of some of the scenes. This movie was definitely aimed at kids and adults who saw the first two and are mature enough to not be bothered.

One of the must-see family hits of the summer. Funny for adults too but obviously kids love the characters and humour too.
