I loved this movie. The humourous portrayal of a world without lying was entertaining, and the ramifications that Gervais's character experiences of being able to lie are equally enjoyable. The movie steps it up with its look at religious and relationship issues. That is what lifts this above a pleasant way to spend an hour and a half to a movie that makes some serious comment on society.
