I guess I am not as cereberal as Roger Ebert. After having been influenced by his review to go and see this film I found I did not get as much out of it as he did. I could not accept the constant changing of the attitudes of the two protagonists and this for me was the big fault. It seemed as though every time the film was going to end, some one changed their mind. Even the closing scene had Ben Afflecks money and power hungry wife being faced with a choice. Fortunately the film did not make me sit any longer to find out what she decided. Morgan Freeman is a good actor in the right script. This one does not suite his "Driving Miss Daisy" laid back approach. Ben Affleck is middle of the road Ben Affleck and will never be any thing else. Toni Collette's role was not enough for her but she made the best of it. Not worth St Vital's all for one $7.95 price. I will be more selective in future.
