I was a little disappointed with this film. The modern approach viz, piano playing and tattooing, seemed to take something away. I found myself thinking back to the earlier version with the late and great Martita Hunt playing Lady Bracknell and as much as I admire Judy Dench she should have stayed away from this role. She was nowhere near commanding or terrifying enough. The famous line about losing both parents was lost on the audience I was sitting in. The rest of the film and cast were quite good although Reese Witherspoon as Cecily was a bit bland. Almost worth the money.
